VOYAGE OF DISCOVERY LIFE COACHING PACKAGES
INTRODUCTION
In this time of unprecedented change and uncertainty, more than at any time before, we would benefit from taking stock of our lives and deciding what aspects we are content with and those that we wish to change in order to improve our life situation. We all have thoughts from time to time on changes that we would like to make in our lives, however we seldom put them into action, and even if we do they often fall by the wayside as we allow other things to take priority. So, for a variety of reasons and despite our best intentions we often fail to make the desired changes. In a co-active coaching relationship the partnership work together to provide clarity as to what is possible and realistic, short, medium and long-term, and then the relationship provides the incentive and the accountability to achieve the results that are desired. The intention is for the client to grow and learn throughout the process of exploration, in such a way that they are empowered to act for themselves in the future.

COACHING PRINCIPLES
The style of coaching used is known as Co-Active Coaching. The term Co-Active refers to the fundamental nature of the coaching relationship in which the coach and client are active collaborators. With Co-Active coaching the relationship is an alliance between two equals for the purpose of achieving the client's objectives.
There are four principles that form the basis of co-active coaching:
The client is naturally creative, resourceful, and has within them all the answers they need.
The coaching takes into account a balanced life.
The agenda comes from the client.
The relationship is a designed alliance.
